I’m Ceri, a mum of three and a midwife with a lifelong passion for supporting families.
Over the years, I’ve seen how challenging daily life can be, balancing work, parenting, and personal wellbeing often feels impossible. My own journey taught me how to identify what truly matters, create habits that last, and transform overwhelm into focus, energy, and confidence.
Developing my career to support families beyond pregnancy and birth felt like a natural step. Through completing my diploma in health coaching, I learned how to empower individuals to make meaningful, lasting changes for themselves. I guide clients in finding clarity, building confidence, and improving all aspects of health, so they can feel satisfied in their choices and enjoy life without doubt or overwhelm. My approach is professional, relatable, and grounded in real-life experience, helping you feel supported while developing the tools to thrive in your unique journey.


I’m Charlotte, and movement has always been a big part of my life.
With a background in sport and a passion for staying active, I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful consistent movement and good nutrition can be for both physical and mental wellbeing.
Like many people, there was a time when work and daily pressures began to take over. As my career became busier, the healthy routines that once felt natural started to slip away. This experience helped me realise how easy it is for health to fall down the priority list when life becomes demanding.
Through my own journey of rebuilding sustainable habits, I discovered that maintaining health doesn’t require extreme changes or unrealistic routines. Instead, it’s about finding practical ways to incorporate movement, nourishing food, and balance into everyday life.
ow, as a health coach, I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with movement and build habits that feel achievable and enjoyable. I love seeing people grow in confidence as they realise they are capable of reaching goals they once thought were out of reach.
