Our programmes help you reset your health, restore balance, and build sustainable habits that last. We start with your health history and symptoms, supporting you to establish a plan tailored to your goals, preferences and lifestyle. 

All coaching programmes are delivered through personalised one-to-one sessions.

Available both online, in person or out walking in nature. Initial sessions last 60–90 minutes, with subsequent sessions being 50 minutes. We focus on practical, realistic changes that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. You’ll work with either Ceri or Charlotte, both fully qualified health coaches, who provide supportive guidance, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to build healthier, sustainable habits.

This programme is ideal if you feel stuck with your current habits and want to improve a specific area of your health, such as your nutrition, movement or energy levels.
